The problem
Most tracking apps make you type everything by hand. By day three you've given up. Meanwhile, the patterns between what you ate and how you feel are hiding in plain sight — you just need something that can connect the dots for you.
What it does
A complete toolkit that turns messy food-and-feeling data into patterns you can actually act on.
Photograph your meal or poo. AI instantly identifies ingredients, Bristol-scale quality, and nutritional categories. Zero typing.
A simple 0-100 score every day combining poo quality, hydration, diet diversity, symptoms and mood. See at a glance how you're doing.
About to eat something? Check it first. AI cross-references your history, diagnoses, and trigger foods to give you a green / yellow / red verdict.
At a restaurant? Photograph the menu. AI picks the dishes safest for YOUR gut and flags the ones likely to trigger symptoms.
A built-in AI chat that knows your entire history. Ask "why did I bloat yesterday?" and get a real answer based on your actual data.
Weekly AI deep-dive that surfaces hidden correlations in your data — patterns like dairy-heavy days appearing alongside bloating logs. Insights no plain tracker can match.
Track your period alongside gut symptoms. See how your cycle phase affects bloating, mood, cravings — no separate app needed.
One-tap water logging with a visual daily goal. Because hydration is 80% of gut health — and the easiest thing to forget.
All your data stays on your device. Photos go to AI only for analysis and are never stored. No ads, no tracking, no selling your data.
How it works
Tell us about your diagnoses, diet, goals, and sensitivities. AI uses this for personalized advice.
Snap meals, poos, drinks, pills. AI identifies them instantly. Quick daily logs of water, symptoms and mood.
After a few days, AI starts finding correlations between foods, cycle phase, stress and gut symptoms.
Use Ask Tummy and Food Check to make better choices in the moment. Watch your Gut Score climb.
Who it's for
If any of this sounds familiar, Poo Poo was built for you.
You've been told "it's all in your head" or handed a low-FODMAP list and left alone. Poo Poo finds YOUR specific triggers from YOUR actual food data — no generic advice.
Your digestion goes haywire around your period. Poo Poo correlates your cycle phase with gut symptoms so you can see the pattern — and plan for it.
You want to eat better, spot triggers early, and have AI-powered help before a restaurant meal or a trigger food. No diagnosis needed — just curiosity about your body.

FAQ
No. Poo Poo is a tracking and insights tool, not a medical device. The AI suggestions are for general information and aren't a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your doctor for real health concerns.
All your entries, photos, and profile are stored locally on your device. When AI needs to analyze a photo, it's sent securely to our AI provider, processed, and then discarded — we don't keep it on any server. We don't sell your data. We don't run ads.
The AI is one of the best vision models available — but it's not perfect. You can always edit what the AI says about your photo before saving. The more context you give (notes, profile info), the better the patterns it finds.
Absolutely. The design leans feminine because our main audience is women with gut issues, but every feature works for anyone. Cycle tracking is only shown if you select female in the quiz.
Yes. You can export all your entries as a JSON or CSV file from Settings. Useful for sharing with your doctor or keeping a long-term record.
Subscriptions are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play, so you cancel from your device's system settings — not inside the app. The Subscription section in Settings has a button that opens the right page directly.
