Welcome to Poo Poo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Poo Poo mobile application ("the app", "our service"), operated by Elyon Tech LLC ("we", "our", "us"), a Wyoming limited liability company with its registered office at 75 E 3rd St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.

By downloading, installing, or using the app, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Elyon Tech LLC and agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. Medical disclaimer

Poo Poo is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The AI suggestions, patterns, food verdicts, and insights generated by the app are for general informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions regarding a medical condition.

Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or saw in the app. If you think you have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Poo Poo. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the app you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Don't share your password, and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

While using Poo Poo, you agree NOT to:

• Use the app for anything illegal, harmful, or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the app's source code
• Interfere with the app's security or stability
• Use the app to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Upload photos containing content that's illegal, offensive, or infringes on anyone's rights
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free tier limits

5. Subscriptions

Poo Poo offers an optional premium subscription (Poo Poo Pro) with unlimited access to AI features. Subscription terms:

• Plans available: $19.99 / month or $49.99 / 6 months
• Prices shown may vary by local currency and taxes
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can cancel anytime from your device's subscription settings (App Store / Play Store)
• No refunds for partial billing periods, except as required by law

Apple and Google each have their own subscription terms that also apply to your purchase.

6. Free tier

Poo Poo offers a free tier with limited use of AI features (specific limits are shown in the app). These limits are lifetime caps per account. Upgrading to Pro removes them.

We may adjust free-tier limits over time. If we reduce them, existing users will be notified; if we increase them, all users benefit automatically.

7. Your content

You retain all rights to the photos and text you log in the app. By using the AI features, you grant us (and our AI provider, Google) a limited license to process your content solely to generate the AI responses you requested. We don't use your content to train AI models, and we don't retain it after the analysis completes.

8. Intellectual property

Poo Poo, its logo, and all content we create (branding, UI designs, copy, illustrations) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without written permission.

9. Third-party services

Poo Poo integrates third-party service providers (categories: authentication, AI analysis, subscription management, and the public Open Food Facts database). Each has its own terms and privacy policies, which apply to your use of those portions of the app. See our Privacy Policy for details.

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Poo Poo is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate in every case. AI can make mistakes — always cross-check important information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it or deleting your account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these Terms or if the app is discontinued.

12. Changes to the app and these Terms

We're constantly improving the app, so features may change, be added, or removed over time. We may also update these Terms. If we make material changes, we'll notify you via the app or email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the app will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, except where local consumer-protection laws grant you the right to bring an action in the courts of your country of residence.
